Along the way, she became a transformational coach and facilitator with formal training in Transformative Learning and Positive Intelligence methodologies. She has coached hundreds of people over the last decade and has over 10,000 hours as a coach and facilitator. She is known for bringing warmth, grace and bottom-line clarity to subjects that are hard for people to talk about, whether it’s a leadership or project scenario, or a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion challenge.
