🥋 Belt 1 — White Belt: Foundations of AI Workflow Thinking Stop using AI for isolated tasks. Start using it as a strategic workflow engine. 🟡 Belt 2 — Yellow Belt: Goal-Oriented AI Action Planning Vague goals become structured, AI-powered execution plans. You'll learn Prompt Choreography — the technique where AI writes the workflow prompts on your behalf — and shift from siloed task ownership to orchestrated, AI-driven process management.

🟠 Belt 3 — Orange Belt: Adaptive AI for KPI-Level Problem Solving Identify your top 9 KPIs, map the obstacles draining your time and budget, and use AI to drill into root causes with precision. The highlight here is the 8×8 AI Expert Matrix — global-level expert thinking, without adding headcount.

🟢 Belt 4 — Green Belt: Critical Thinking & Human Judgment in AI Work AI outputs are not finished answers. Green Belt is where you develop the professional judgment to know when to trust AI, when to challenge it, and when to override it entirely — including how to spot hallucinations, weak logic, and false confidence. This is the belt that makes you dangerous in a good way.

🔵 Belt 5 — Blue Belt: Rethinking Roles — From Task Executor to Process Owner Step back from individual tasks and look at how value is actually created across your entire role. You'll map your responsibilities to end-to-end value streams, identify automation opportunities across planning, coordination, analysis, and reporting, and leave with a personalised Role Transformation Roadmap.

🟣 Belt 6 — Purple Belt: Building Repeatable AI Workflows This is where AI stops being reactive and becomes operational. You'll translate your knowledge, decisions, and best practices into structured, Level 3 and Level 4 workflows — a library of dependable tools built directly on your PMO's most critical deliverables.

🟤 Belt 7 — Brown Belt: Multi-Role AI Processes Move from role designer to process architect. You'll learn how to orchestrate multiple AI roles — strategist, analyst, editor, reviewer — inside a single, repeatable process. Using the APQC value chain as a framework, you'll design end-to-end multi-role workflows that span departments without increasing headcount.

🥷 Belt 8 — Black Belt (Capstone): Building Your First Agents This is where everything comes together. You'll master reverse engineering — starting from excellent finished deliverables and working backward to design the workflows that can reproduce them at scale. The capstone: you build 8 or more working agents applied to real PMBOK and Agile PMO deliverables. Production-ready. Deployable from day one.
