AI AGENT ORCHESTRATION BLACK BELT

6 Weeks. Build Agents. Orchestrate Work. Lead What’s Next.

A hands-on, 6-week experience for Project Managers, Senior PMs and PMO Leaders ready to move beyond prompting to learn how to build, connect and orchestrate AI agents around the real work of projects.

This isn't just another AI course.

It's a transformation in how you work and lead.

What We Offer

The Cohort

You've probably already experimented with AI.

You've used ChatGPT or Copilot. You've generated meeting notes, drafted a status report, analyzed some data, maybe even created a custom GPT or agent.

But something is changing. The next era of AI isn't simply about getting better at prompting.

It's about agents. Workflows. Orchestration.

It's about designing intelligent systems where humans and AI work together to plan, analyze, communicate and move projects forward.

And project professionals are uniquely positioned to lead this shift.

Why? Because orchestration is already what we do.

We coordinate people. Manage dependencies. Design workflows. Navigate ambiguity. Translate strategy into execution. And make sure the right things happen at the right time.

And here's something important:

Your years of project experience aren't becoming obsolete. They're becoming the foundation for a more valuable role.

The judgment, systems thinking, stakeholder intelligence, organizational context and ability to coordinate complexity you've spent years developing are exactly what effective AI orchestration requires.

You don't need to throw away everything you know and start over.

You need to learn how to move that expertise up the value chain.

AI Agent Orchestration is project leadership evolved.

The AI Agent Orchestration Black Belt is a 6-week live, hands-on cohort designed specifically for PMO leaders and experienced project professionals who want to become the architects of this new way of working.

By the end, you’ll not only understand agents, but you’ll also have built them. Connected them. Orchestrated them… and created a roadmap for bringing them into your real work.

What you'll walk away with

Real assets you can use.

By the end of the six weeks, you'll have created a portfolio of practical AI and agentic systems around your actual work, including:

  • Your AI Opportunity Map — where agents can create the greatest leverage across your PMO, projects and role

  • Working AI Agents built around PMO use cases and your real projects

  • Connected Agent Workflows that move beyond standalone chatbots into real action

  • An Agent Orchestration Map showing roles, handoffs, decisions and RACI accountability

  • Reusable AI Workflows and Context Systems built around your real deliverables

  • Agent Governance Principles for responsible implementation

  • An AI Agent Portfolio you can demonstrate to executives, future employers or clients

  • Your 30/60/90-Day AI Orchestration Roadmap for taking what you've built into the real world

  • AI Agent Orchestration Black Belt credential upon successful completion of the full belt journey

You'll leave with things you've actually built, demonstrating you know how to apply AI to real project work in your PMO or organization.

For experienced project professionals, that matters.

You won't simply have to tell an employer, executive or client that you're "AI-proficient."

You'll be able to show them.

The journey. Week by week.

Virtual live sessions Tuesdays, 11 am – 12:15 pm PT · All sessions recorded

| Week | Date | Belts | Focus

WEEK 1 — WHITE BELT - DISCOVER

Find the work worth transforming.

Before building agents, you need to know where they belong.

You'll examine your PMO or your role, workflows and recurring deliverables to identify where AI and agents can create the greatest leverage.

You'll separate AI novelty from genuine business value and select the real work you'll transform during the program.

And importantly, you'll begin developing a way to think about AI that helps you navigate the constant stream of new tools and capabilities without feeling like you have to learn everything.

You'll build: Your AI Opportunity Map + priority use cases.

WEEK 2 — YELLOW BELT - BUILD

Build your first agent — and wire it into the real world.

Now we build.

You'll create an AI agent around an actual PM or PMO workflow and begin connecting it to the information, tools and processes it needs to perform useful work.

This is where AI starts moving beyond conversation and into action.

And no — you do not need to become a software engineer.

You don't need to master every API, automation platform, AI acronym or shiny new tool.

You'll develop enough technical agency to understand how agents work, identify what they need, prototype useful solutions, connect pieces together and collaborate intelligently with technical teams.

The goal isn't technical mastery.

It's technical confidence.

You'll build: Your first working agent + connected workflow.

WEEK 3 — ORANGE BELT - ORCHESTRATE

Stop thinking agent. Start thinking system.

One agent can be useful.

An orchestrated system can transform how work gets done.

You'll design a multi-step workflow where humans, agents, tools and information work together across a real project process.

You'll begin thinking like an orchestration architect:

Who does what?

What gets handed off?

Where does human judgment belong?

What can happen autonomously?

What information does each part of the system need?

Instead of another isolated AI experiment, you'll begin creating something far more valuable: a coherent way of working.

You'll build: An end-to-end agentic workflow.

WEEK 4 — GREEN BELT - SYSTEMATIZE

Turn experiments into repeatable infrastructure.

A clever AI workflow isn't enough if nobody can reliably use it again.

Organizations everywhere are accumulating AI experiments — prompts here, bots there, a Copilot pilot, an automation somebody built, another platform being tested.

Useful? Absolutely. Transformation? Not yet.

This week, you'll turn what you've created into a repeatable operating system using structured context, instructions, knowledge, deliverable chains and reusable workflows.

The goal is to move from: "Look what AI did!" to: "This is how we do this now."

For PMO leaders especially, this is where scattered experimentation begins becoming organizational capability.

You'll build: Your Agent Operating System + reusable workflow assets.

WEEK 5 — BLUE BELT - LEAD

Design how humans + agents work together.

The hardest part of AI transformation isn't AI.

It's redesigning work.

You'll explore human and agent roles, decision rights, governance, risk, adoption and the places where human judgment remains essential.

You'll begin answering the leadership question organizations everywhere are facing:

How should humans and intelligent agents actually work together?

And we'll tackle another reality head-on:

AI transformation shouldn't mean piling one more initiative onto an already exhausted team.

The goal isn't simply to ask people to do their existing jobs, learn AI and somehow squeeze even more into the workday.

The opportunity is to redesign the work itself.

To allow AI and agents to carry more of the administrative, information-processing and repetitive burden — while humans move upward into the work where they create extraordinary value:

Judgment. Leadership. Relationships. Creativity. Context. Decision-making. Orchestration.

The goal isn't to make people less valuable.

It's to create systems in which people become more valuable because of AI.

You'll build: Your Human + Agent Operating Model.

WEEK 6 — PURPLE BELT - TRANSFORM

Turn what you've learned into an implementation roadmap.

Now we bring everything together.

You'll step back from individual agents and workflows and look at the larger system you're creating.

What should you build next? What should your team adopt? Where are the biggest opportunities? What governance is needed? How will you measure value? And how do you introduce this without overwhelming the humans involved?

You'll create a practical roadmap for bringing agent orchestration into your PMO, team, or role.

For PMO leaders, this becomes the beginning of an answer to a much larger question:

What does the PMO become in an AI-enabled enterprise?

Rather than watching AI transformation happen around the PMO, you'll begin developing a model for how the PMO can help architect and orchestrate it.

You'll build: Your AI Agent Orchestration 30/60/90-Day Roadmap.

CAPSTONE - BROWN BELT — ORCHESTRATE

Design the Human + AI System

Take a meaningful project or PMO process and design the complete end-to-end orchestration.

Map: Humans → Agents → Tools → Data → Handoffs → Decisions → Outcomes

Show where agents act, where humans intervene, where information moves and where accountability remains.

You're no longer demonstrating that you can use an AI tool.

You're demonstrating that you can architect an intelligent system.

Brown Belt proves: I can orchestrate.

CAPSTONE - BLACK BELT — TRANSFORM

Lead the Transformation

Your Black Belt is the culmination of the journey. You'll create an executive-ready AI Agent Orchestration Transformation Plan for your PMO, team or role.

Your plan brings together:

  • Priority opportunities

  • Agent and workflow roadmap

  • Human + agent roles

  • Governance and decision rights

  • Adoption and change strategy

  • Measures of success

  • 30/60/90-day implementation plan

This is more than a course capstone.

It's a transformation blueprint you can take back to your organization, discuss in an executive meeting or use as evidence of your capabilities in your career.

Black Belt proves: I can lead the transformation.

Testimonials

“I came into this sprint with 20+ years of project management experience across healthcare, education, and energy  managing complex implementations and teams of up to 70 people. I wasn't new to technology, but I had a clear goal: I didn't just want to use AI, I wanted to be at the forefront of guiding others through this shift.

The belt structure gave me exactly what I needed. Each level built on the previous, introducing new AI techniques that layered into a complete methodology. By the time I completed the Black Belt level, I had developed a 9×9 AI Role Plan matrix, governance frameworks, ROI measurement systems, and multi-expert AI workflows a full portfolio of deliverables I'm now using to build my consulting practice across all industries.”

Bob Grove, CSM, CSPO, PBP, Senior Project Manager

“When I first started experimenting with AI, I wasn’t chasing buzzwords, I was trying to solve real problems. Like a lot of you, I had no idea where to begin. Fortunately, I had someone in my network who was just as curious and passionate about exploring AI innovations as I was. The difference? She was already lightyears ahead in her journey. That someone was Lori McDaniel and her program, "Projectoria" turned out to be a game-changer and the exact right place for me to start my own Journey.

Projectoria was the answer I didn’t know I needed: a gamified hero’s journey built specifically for project managers and change leaders. Over six weeks, we dove deep into AI assistants, prompt engineering, and the power of fast, focused iteration—applying it all directly to real-world PM frameworks and workflows.

Lori brought serious energy and clarity to the experience. She didn’t just teach tools—she taught us how to think with AI. Her program is hands-on, practical, and completely grounded in what today’s project managers actually need.”
