Hi, I'm Lori.
Founder of Rainbow Bridges Consulting.
I've spent more than 20 years helping organizations lead complex projects, improve processes, implement technology, and develop the people responsible for making change happen.
I'm a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, transformational leadership practitioner, Cultural Intelligence facilitator, and AI consultant and trainer.
But beyond the credentials, I'm someone who genuinely loves helping people turn big ideas into reality.
My work brings together two things I've always been passionate about:
The practical work of creating meaningful results AND the transformational work of helping people grow into what's possible.
I've worked with global enterprises, professional services firms, and smaller organizations. I've led technology initiatives, improved business processes, developed learning programs, and coached people through significant professional and personal transitions.
